Feel Good Club Presents: Self Care Sunday

This Sunday (22nd March), Feel Good Club are broadcasting live on IGTV with a day of self care activities, from mindfulness to music quizzes, with the help of the Feel Good community.  

Throughout the UK’s period of isolation, the initiative who usually run face to face workshops, will be running a series of Self Care Sunday shows live on IGTV, with the aim to keep the UK communicating, taking care of their mental health, and feeling good. 

During the live show, Feel Good Club hosts Aimie and Kiera will be inviting guests from the Feel Good community to share their tips on how the UK can help themselves feel good during isolation. Each of the guests will host a class to showcase their skills, with the opportunity for those watching to join in. 

The show will start at 9am with a positive news bulletin hosted by Aimie & Keira, before moving on to sessions on mindfulness, a dance class, a music quiz, a sound bath and much more throughout the day. 

Guests appearing this Sunday include DJ & presenter Hattie Pearson, Lululemon ambassador Claudia Mirallegro, yoga instructor Clare Bethan, wellbeing consultancy The Vibrancy Hub, fitness instructor Sam McGowan, and more.

11.30-12pm: Q&A’s coffee time with Aimie & Kiera
12-12.40pm: Music quiz with Hattie Pearson (@hattiepearson)
5.30-6pm: Yin Yoga with Clare Bethan (@clarebethanyoga)
6-6.30pm: Workout with Sam McGowan (@samsays_pt)
6.30-7pm: Sound bath with Jenny at Intuition Wellbeing (@withintuition)
7-7.30pm: Meditate with Robyn at Liberte Yoga (@liberteyoga)
7-8pm: Finish the day with Aimie & Keira giving tips on how to keep feeling good this week.
